What is SNHS?

Salisbury Neighborhood Housing Service is a non-profit organization whose mission is neighborhood revitalization. SNHS works with local lenders to offer below-market loans and reduced closing costs to people who want to purchase a home in one of our three target neighborhoods. SNHS also offers rehab and closing cost loans. Some of our products are available city wide. We also provide homebuyer education workshops, post purchase seminars, leadership training and other program to promote the long range success of our revitalization strategies.
