Why do you offer this service?
While there's nothing inherently wrong with rental properties, any neighborhood that's made up of mostly rentals (as our three target neighborhoods are), will tend to deteriorate over time. We believe that an increased percentage of owner-occupied homes in "at risk" neighborhoods will stop the decline in that area. Pride of ownership translates into lower crime rates, safer streets, and a higher level of community involvement.
