What else do you offer besides loans?

We offer free counseling services to people who are considering buying a home in our target neighborhoods. We have a Home Buyers Training course, offered monthly, which is required of all our buyers. This course teaches them how to work with a Realtor to make an offer on a house as well as essential skills such as budgeting and assessing their housing needs. We also offer a Leadership Training program that will help build leadership skills among neighborhood residents, making them even more valuable to their communities.
