Who can apply for your loans?
The program is designed to create cultural and economic diversity in our neighborhoods so that the stabilizing effect is long-lasting. The only requirement are that the home you purchase must be in one of our three target neighborhoods and the purchase price may not exceed $225,000.00. Anyone can apply as long as they agree to occupy the home once they own it. Our programs are designed to make home-ownership affordable. They are not limited to first-time buyers or individuals of a certain income level. We pride ourselves on our ability to serve a diverse customer base. Many of our customers who were renting before they bought through SNHS now have payments equal to or lower than what they were paying in rent.
