What kinds of homes are available?
There are a wide variety of homes in these three neighborhoods, ranging from Cape Cod-style to older Victorians and American Foursquares. Some homes are in move-in condition, but others are older homes that will require some rehab work. The costs for rehab can be financed as part of the mortgage package.
