What is the CDBG Rehab Program?

The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Rehab Program provides financial assistance to low and moderate income homeowners to address health, safety, and accessibility issues in their homes.

Eligible Repairs May Include:

• Roof replacement
• Electrical and plumbing upgrages
• HVAC repairs or replacement
• Lead paint abatement
• Accessibility improvements (e.g., ramps, grab bars)
• Structural repairs critical to safety

Who Qualifies?

• Homeowners living in the city limits of Salisbury
• Household income must be less than 80% of Area Median Income
• Property must be owner-occupied
• Current on property taxes and mortgage
